JINGYA Food Group Ltd. (JINGYA Group) is an enterprise group registered in the Industrial and Commercial Bureau of Shandong Province, and approved by the State Administration of Industry and Commerce. It is also the first among the private enterprise groups in Shandong that uses a corporate title that has no restriction on geographic location. JINGYA is an executive member unit of China Commercial Association, and one of Top 100 Enterprises in China’s Food and Beverages Industry.

JINGYA Group was founded in Weihai, Shandong Province on 18 Oct. 1988 and has just entered its 20th year. Under the leadership of the Board Chairman Mr. Zhang Yongduo, JINGYA has developed from a small stuffed bun shop with only 30 square meters and 8 employees into a conglomerate of 1.6 billion Yuan total assets, with 8 wholly owned subsidiaries, a total business area of over 90,000 square meters and over 3000 employees. JINGYA has been listed among the Top 100 Enterprises in China, and its successful operation spans the two main regions of China, Shandong and Beijing.

In May 2000, JINGYA became the first in the food and beverages industry to pass the ISO9002 quality system certification. In July 2005, it passed the HACCP certification. It was among the first to be awarded Famous Brand Name of Shandong Province, and it has won numerous honorary titles including National Super Grade Restaurant, National Youth Civilization Award, Top 100 Enterprises of Food and Beverages Industry in China, National Integrity Honorary Unit, Excellent Enterprise of China, and the “Nationwide Advance Unit of User Satisfactory Projects” which is the only one of the industry.

JINGYA Group has become the top brand in food and beverages industry in Shandong and its branches are expected to reach 12 in three years. JINGYA will thus realize its transition from a regional enterprise to a national business.
